Facilities
The CRIS Laboratory in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is a 900 sq.ft. facility with office spaces for nine graduate students. The laboratory is equipped with a state of art network consisting of 10 PCs (running MS Windows 2000/XP and/or Linux) and several Sun UltraSparc Workstations, attached to a central RAID-based storage server. All members have access to a large number of software packages and development boards, and tools from Synopsys and Mentor Graphics are available for ASIC hardware development.
